* Add prefix in Makefiles, not the configure script
* Use AC_SEARCH_LIBS instead of AC_CHECK_LIB,
  as it is more flexible and helps us with LAPACK
* Use correct ZLIB_CFLAGS instead of non-existent ZLIB_CPPFLAGS
